Overview

As the Field Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of field marketing activities across North America. Reporting to the Director of Field & Customer Marketing, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive field marketing programs encompassing third-party events, Dropbox-driven events, and regional activities that progress pipeline deals. This role requires a strategic mindset to develop and execute programs that drive meaningful engagement with target accounts and deliver measurable business impact. This is a high-impact and visible role for a creative and data-driven marketing professional with expertise in field marketing and event management.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for North America.
  • Create and manage a field marketing event calendar.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams.
  • Design and implement pre-event and post-event engagement strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, venue selection, and budget allocation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging.
  • Track and analyze program performance using key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the content strategy team for event materials.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience within SaaS technology companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling field marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead flow processes.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing program performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
