We are a young, fast-growing company looking for a structured team player to reliably support our administrative processes in event management.

In Short

• Responsible for the administrative organization and smooth planning of our events (completely digital).
• Coordinate and ensure timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders during event preparation.
• Optimize processes and maintain high-quality standards for seamless event execution.
• Plan, track, and document all project-related tasks in close collaboration with the team.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management or a similar field.
• Strong German and good English language skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate flexibility.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours and on weekends.

• Min. 2 years of project management experience.
