Overview

The Network Director of Curriculum Operations will manage the strategic direction and overall operations of DREAM’s PK-12 Curriculum and Instruction Team, aligning strategic vision with day-to-day operations and overseeing various initiatives aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in educational leadership.
• 2+ years in a leadership position with direct reports.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and project management.
• Familiarity with generative AI is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills.
