In Short

• Monitor and triage detection alerts and network telemetry generated by the Dragos Platform.
• Investigate suspicious activity and assist with identification of misconfigurations and anomalies.
• Perform initial analysis and escalate findings to senior analysts.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and incident responders to improve alert fidelity.
• Assist with tuning detection logic to minimize false positives.
• Contribute to incident summaries and operational reports.
• Participate in continuous learning about ICS/OT protocols.
• Support asset classification and vulnerability management within Dragos platforms.
• Help deliver hardening and response recommendations.
• Work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning about ICS/OT cybersecurity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexibility for shift-based coverage and on-call work.
