In Short

• Lead shift operations for triaging alerts and network telemetry.
• Serve as a senior investigator for suspicious activity.
• Perform analysis and escalate findings to incident responders.
• Collaborate with security analysts to improve alert fidelity.
• Tune detection logic to minimize false positives.
• Create and deliver incident summaries and reports.
• Participate in continuous learning around ICS/OT protocols.
• Support asset classification and vulnerability management.
• Deliver hardening recommendations to customers.
• Serve as shift leader for OT Watch Complete analysts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in network security.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience with cybersecurity monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for ICS/OT cybersecurity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexibility for shift-based coverage and weekend work.
