Our team works in on-site, hybrid, and fully remote environments on contracts ranging from several months to multiple years.

We are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Program Manager to lead a strategic engagement with one of the largest public utilities in the United States. This role sits at the center of a multi-year initiative to transform how risk is managed across the enterprise — from compliance accountability to data-driven decision-making.

As the QA Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of governance and risk operations for a highly regulated, high-impact organization. You’ll partner directly with senior stakeholders to assess existing frameworks, operationalize enterprise risk practices, and build a modern compliance infrastructure from the ground up.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Risk Management or Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in developing ERM operating models.
• Familiarity with GRC tools and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to lead stakeholder interviews and synthesize data.
• Preferred experience in public sector or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience in drafting roadmaps and policies.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
