We're looking to hire 2-3 Sales Admin Assistants based in the Philippines to help us better serve small nonprofit organizations who are interested in our software.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional support to our Account Executives in handling both existing and potential customers.
  • Assist in the sales process, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.
  • Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Record and manage prospect interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.
  • Assist in prospecting to help find new points of contact and inputting those information into our CRM sequence.
  • Help in the creation of more personalized sequences.
  • Assist the Account Executive in sales-related activities for our open deals such as creation of slides, summaries, one-pagers, pamphlets, and other materials.

Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role.
  • Highly organized and outstanding organizational ability.
  • A team player who can has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average.
  • Individuals who graduate with a major that could be a good fit including Communications, Business Ad, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts and Business degrees.
