Overview

As a growing company, Double the Donation specializes in cloud-based software focused on the fundraising needs of nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. We are seeking a results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to own strategy, execution, and optimization of all email outreach across the prospect and customer lifecycle.

In Short

Campaign Planning and Execution: Build, automate, and deploy various email campaigns.
Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage data for relevant content delivery.
Deliverability and Compliance: Maintain list hygiene and monitor inbox placement.
Analytics and Reporting: Track KPIs and share insights with teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams for aligned messaging.

Requirements

Experience managing high-volume B2B or SaaS email programs.
Strong knowledge of segmentation and deliverability best practices.
Strong copywriting and basic visual-design skills.
