Email Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an email marketing specialist for its two marketplace brands: TPT and Wyzant.

In Short

• Develop, manage, and launch dynamic end-to-end email marketing campaigns
• Manage design requests, feedback and timelines
• Conduct thorough QA of all message elements, including personalized content and mobile device rendering
• Work seamlessly in partnership with the content, design, engineering, and product teams
• Continuously optimize email campaigns through testing and measuring impact
• Perform list segmentation, audience filtering, and monitor deliverability
• Collaborate with IT and ESPs to maintain and optimize email infrastructure
• Identify and develop email system-related improvements
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing
• Help build and maintain email documentation

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• 2+ years of email marketing experience
• 1+ year working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• 1+ year working with customer engagement platforms
• Proficient with HTML/CSS
• Proficient with email QA and audience segmentation
• Preferred: Basic understanding of AMPscript or Liquid template language
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Exceptional project management skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
