Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

Dotdigital is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support and guide our prospects and customers in the successful implementation and integration of our email and omnichannel marketing solutions.

In Short

• Provide technical and solution consultancy to customers and prospects
• Identify and communicate opportunities for customers to derive value from Dotdigital
• Develop presentations to validate or demonstrate integration proposals
• Assist customer success and AE teams
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
• Create or contribute to integration guides
• Present new features and use cases to customers
• Assist in developing training and certification programs
• Collaborate closely with product teams
• Help formulate customer-centric support offerings
• Assist with sales enablement
• Attend industry and technology events

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect/Solutions Consultant
• Data/requirement/business analysis skills
• Awareness of multiple API technologies
• Generalized technical knowledge
• Commercial awareness
• Quick learner of new technologies
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and innovative
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
