Senior Director of Product Marketing - Remote

Overview

Doppel is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing function. This pivotal role will be instrumental in defining and articulating Doppel's unique value proposition in the market, driving successful product launches, supporting our demand generation campaigns, and empowering our go-to-market (GTM) teams (Sales and Customer Success) with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

• Define and champion Doppel's core messaging and value proposition.
• Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for new product launches.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement content for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Partner with Brand and Demand Generation teams to create product-specific content.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
• Serve as a critical link between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Develop and optimize product pricing and packaging strategies.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product marketing managers.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading complex go-to-market strategies.
• Deep understanding of product marketing best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategy.
• Highly collaborative and adept at working cross-functionally.
