Solutions Architect, Workday Security - Remote

We're looking for a talented Solutions Architect, Workday Security to join our team and work closely with our business partners to drive key business decisions and innovate in critical tools such as Workday. Your contributions will help shape the future of our organization as we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible.

In Short

• Develop and implement comprehensive data architectures for HR systems (Workday).
• Develop robust security model and governance for HR data.
• Design and configure security to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify risks.
• Lead design and implementation of new Workday Security functionality.
• Provide guidance on security, data, and reporting capabilities.
• Create a security roadmap and data classification modeling.
• Act as a Workday Security subject matter expert.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support system troubleshooting and deployment of applications.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in HRIS implementation/configuration.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules.
• Lead consultant experience on Workday HCM projects is a plus.
• Current certification in Workday HCM is a plus.
• Self-motivated and rapid learner.
• Outcomes-oriented with a focus on measurable impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields.
• Analytical mindset with a “People First” mentality.
• Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
