Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Experimentation Platform - Remote

Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will work on the Experimentation Platform Team at DoorDash, developing a platform that enables rigorous, data-driven insights for Product Engineers, Data Scientists, and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals and OOP languages.
• Understanding of REST principles and backend APIs.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, Go-lang, or Rust.
• Familiarity with documentation, unit and integration testing.
• Prior experience with Experiment configurations and feature flagging is a plus.
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Spark is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS is a plus.
