Senior Associate, Sales Compliance Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Sales Compliance team is responsible for designing and ensuring effective Sales Compliance and Controls across DoorDash’s sales organization. The Sales Compliance team is part of the larger Sales Strategy & Operations team which accelerates productivity and develops go-to-market strategies and processes to support our sales organization. This group builds the engine and foundation for DoorDash to achieve the best selection for our platform and grow revenues across all business lines.

In Short

• Work cross-functionally with analytics, sales, product, accounting, audit, finance and engineering teams.
• Draw actionable insights from large financial data sets.
• Design and maintain reliable data pipelines.
• Drive order-to-cash process improvements.
• Lead initiatives focused on automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Understand internal processes that drive data inputs and quality.
• Root cause compliance, reporting, contract, and system issues.
• Present results to key stakeholders and make recommendations.
• Help automate processes across the sales compliance organization.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of ETL workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience in analytical engineering, data science or similar field.
• Proactive, self-motivated and highly efficient professional.
• Advanced experience with SQL, Data Modeling, Python/R.
• Experience designing and maintaining reliable data pipelines.
• Familiarity with data quality and governance best practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM data structures.
• Ability to move quickly and own projects from day one.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with AI/LLM frameworks and API integrations.
