Senior Associate, Marketplace Strategy & Operations - Remote

Overview

The New Modes team is building innovative ways for users to shop on DoorDash that enhances their experience and drives more orders. New Modes encompasses services like DoubleDash, Scheduling, Gifting, and more. This role will focus on DoubleDash – a product feature that enables DoorDash to deliver from multiple stores at once and has been a lightning bolt of growth for all lines of business within our app.

• Build and scale DoorDash’s DoubleDash feature.
• Lead strategy development and implementation of customer growth initiatives.
• Work on consumer growth, funnel optimization, and merchandising testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product, and operations.

• 2-4+ years of experience in high-performance cultures.

• Strong analytical skills, including SQL and Excel.
• Team player with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
