In Short

• Understand the needs of DDFB clients and prioritize those needs.
• Dive into details and scale initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Lead the development of new growth opportunities from 0 to 1.
• Collaborate across teams to develop and launch new product enhancements.
• Create structure in undefined opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Leverage data to inform hypotheses and guide decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, product management, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong operational skills and willingness to dive in.
• Analytical thinker with intermediate experience in SQL.
• Customer-obsessed and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and develops plans without clear templates.
