Overview

As the manager and lead for the Promos analytics team, you’ll be leading a team of data scientists who are working on improving the performance of promotions that our merchants rely on to drive their growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a team of data scientists.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science and Product Analytics.
• Strength in leading through technical skills.
• Deep understanding of A/B experimentation.
• Experience with data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional working skills.
