Overview

The Disaster Prevention Specialist will work closely with the Advanced Customer Escalations team to enhance customer experiences and prevent potential issues from escalating into disasters.

• Collaborate and troubleshoot on important issues for Consumers, Merchants, and Dashers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer support or related fields.
• High School Degree or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suites.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with SQL.
• Strong advocacy for customer experience.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
