Business Systems Analyst, Learning Management - Remote

In Short

• Help oversee the Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LMS (Cornerstone).
• Collaborate with a team of LMS Administrators.
• Develop and maintain standardized documentation and SLAs on LMS operational processes.
• Communicate to stakeholders the status and project progress.
• Deliver functional and technical support for LMS users.
• Perform user-acceptance testing within LMS.
• Make recommendations for future improvements to content management.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in LMS administration.
• 3+ years experience leading creative learning teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Highly analytical and data-driven.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills.
• Experience working with Cornerstone, Salesforce, Jira, Lessonly, Articulate, Tableau.
