Operations and Data Analyst for Direct Fulfillment - Remote

Overview

In this role, you’ll be a core part of running a new fulfillment pathway and supporting process transitions for long-term viability. You’ll gather and organize information from internal and external sources to support recommendations for actionable changes and improvements this school year.

In Short

• Ensure seamless shopping and fulfillment experiences for teachers.
• Aid in end-to-end order processing for Direct Fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records on pricing, supplier performance, and logistics metrics.
• Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Support the implementation of our inventory management system.
• Work cross-functionally with teams in Finance, Operations, and Community Growth.
• Assist in executing the Direct Fulfillment team’s strategic goals.
• Help build a scalable and resilient infrastructure.
• Support the team in achieving key performance indicators.
• Collaborate in a communicative environment focused on equity and improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or relationship management.
• Proficient in Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
• Solid foundation in quantitative and analytical skills.
• Exceptional at organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Meticulous with details and account management.
• Effective in building relationships and working collaboratively.
