In Short

• Manage and support system-related procurement processes, including audits, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Automate manual procurement processes.
• Track and maintain support KPIs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to build equity into IBT work.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendor technical contacts.
• Support technical builds, including testing, and communication internally and with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with staff to improve our system tools in purchasing operations, fulfillment support, direct fulfillment, and finance.
• Serve as a liaison between FITPL staff and Product Engineering and Data.
• Present on IBT work within the org.
• Provide general IT support.

Requirements

• A Procurement Systems Analyst with at least 3+ years of support experience.
• Hands-on support for Procurement/ERP related systems.
• Skilled in procurement process management.
• A clear and friendly communicator technophiles to laymen.
• An excellent problem solver who is excited to take on diverse support challenges.
• Comfortable self-managing in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in introducing new technology to procurement processes.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Consistent excellent customer service.
• Nice to have: Experience with EUNA EqualLevel or SAP Ariba.
