Overview

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for analyzing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that purchases align with the company’s budget and strategic goals.

• Work closely with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Check proposed purchases against approved budget.
• Confirm approvals and explanations are attached to purchase requisitions.
• Ensure purchase requisitions include correct business segment allocation.
• Constant communication with IT Finance and business segments about invoicing.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in evaluation and maintenance of vendor relationships.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure deliveries are made on-time and monitor supply needs.
