• Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Responsible for gathering, cleaning, aggregating, and cross-referencing data.
• Guide technical decisions and support customer-facing teams with data insights.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams.
• Develop and monitor strategic KPIs aligned with organizational OKRs.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards for tracking KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks in metric tracking and reporting processes.
• Partner with leadership to align product analytics with business goals.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Fully remote position based in Latin America.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Expert-level knowledge of statistics.
• Self-motivated team player, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Very comfortable with SQL.
• Excellent pragmatism in analyzing metrics.
