Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends and performance opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using BI tools such as Power BI.
• Provide ad-hoc and scheduled reports to support business intelligence initiatives and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
• Collaborate with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
• Utilize predictive analytics and data modeling to improve forecasting and financial performance.
• Assist leadership in strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights.
• Support business development and marketing teams through data analysis.
• Streamline data reporting processes and improve efficiency through automation.
• Provide training and support on BI tools and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (DAX).
• Strong skills in Excel and Power Query.
• Knowledge of home health metrics and operational performance indicators.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
