In Short

• Own the entire onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage the onboarding journey from contract sending to Day 1 readiness.
• Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support trainees.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the ATS pipeline.
• Ensure all onboarding activities meet company timelines and standards.
• Track onboarding progress through reports and documentation.
• Experience in HR onboarding, HR admin, or recruitment operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Motivated to deliver results and meet timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in HR onboarding or recruitment operations.
• Experience with employment documentation and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms or HR systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and timelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus if experienced with HRIS or ATS platforms.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience in remote team onboarding is a plus.
