In Short

• Support recruiting and people operations for client projects.
• Active sourcing and direct search via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage applicant communication, scheduling, and interview coordination.
• Assist in onboarding processes and HR administration.
• Contribute to the optimization of HR processes and system implementations.
• Conduct market research and HR analytics to identify trends and best practices.
• Independently take on smaller projects and closely collaborate with HR consultants.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences).
• Interest in recruiting, people operations, and HR processes.
• A structured, independent, and proactive working style.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Very good German and English skills (English is our company language).
• Initial experience in HR is an advantage, but not a must.
