Working Student (m/f/d) in Marketing - Remote

Overview

Penzilla is looking for a creative and engaged working student in the field of marketing to support our presence on LinkedIn and position our founders as experts in corporate pension schemes, as well as to plan and execute webinars and trade events with our marketing team.

In Short

• Support the marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and webinars.
• Take ownership of event and webinar playbooks, continuously improving them with creative ideas and strategies.
• Discuss and organize co-marketing webinars with partner companies independently.
• Manage LinkedIn accounts for the company and founders, strategically developing and positioning them.
• Regularly analyze account performance and derive data-driven optimization opportunities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns as needed.

Requirements

• Studying Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Media Studies, Business Science, or a comparable field.
• Initial experience with social media and building social media channels, especially on LinkedIn.
• Experience in organizing webinars and trade appearances is a plus.
• Knowledge in finance, insurance, or financial education is a plus.
• Fluent German in writing and speaking is a must; excellent writing style and a good sense for language and target audience communication.
• Good English skills are also required.
• Familiarity with modern tools and ideally experience with AI-supported content creation.
• Creative, proactive, and structured working style.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and contributing ideas in a dynamic start-up environment.
