The E-Commerce Fulfillment & Logistics Manager will oversee the entire post-purchase experience for kurzgesagt GmbH, ensuring smooth order tracking, shipping, returns, and refunds while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in post-purchase management and logistics
• Understanding of e-commerce principles and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in Shopify or similar platforms
• Experience collaborating with external partners
• Expertise in managing fulfillment networks
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of shipping and customs regulations
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in a global environment is a plus
