Domino’s is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Team Leader to join our dynamic Supply Chain team, ensuring efficient and timely execution of logistics operations.

• Location: Domino’s World Resource Center, Ann Arbor, MI (Remote Friday)
• Full-time position with a salary up to $87,200 plus bonus
• Manage logistics operations and order execution
• Collaborate across teams and manage carrier relationships
• Ensure timely carrier updates and monitor shipment progress
• Support 24/7 operations and handle expedited shipments
• Lead and coach team members in transportation functions
• Act as a TMS Subject Matter Expert
• Maintain documentation and perform regular audits
• Generate reports to track transportation performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transportation scheduling or planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Supervisory experience is an asset
• Strong understanding of transportation modes and carrier networks
• Hands-on experience with TMS and RTTVP platforms
• Ability to support 24/7 operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
