Global Transportation Safety Leader - Remote

Overview

The GE Vernova Global Transportation Safety Leader is responsible for defining the corporate program work processes, standards, and practices within our EHS management system that we apply to all GE Vernova businesses across the globe. The Leader must work with internal and external stakeholders to operationalize program requirements, develop capabilities and competencies, monitor and report performance against goals, and drive continuous improvement to deliver world class EHS performance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, safety, or relevant technical discipline.
• Experience in transportation operations and corporate-level standards.
• Expertise in hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety technologies and regulations.
• Experience with defensive driver training methods.
• Ability to analyze complex work processes and apply risk management.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and remote teams.
