Transportation Services Specialist - Remote

Overview

Domino’s is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our Logistics operations—ensuring that every order, from standard to expedited, is executed efficiently and on time.

• Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 (Remote Friday)
• Shift: Fulltime; Salary
• Job Posting Salary: Up to $72,400 based on relevant experience and qualifications, plus bonus
• Order Management: Verify and audit incoming orders to ensure accurate entry into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Over, Short, and Damaged Support: Serve as intermediary to help resolve OS&D variances.
• Load Planning & Optimization: Process daily and weekly orders into efficient load plans.
• Tender Management: Secure carrier coverage and manage spot freight when necessary.
• Route Execution: Monitor shipment progress to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Exception Management: Identify and respond to in-transit exceptions.
• TMS Subject Matter Expert: Act as a key resource for internal IT transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transportation scheduling, planning, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes and carrier networks.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with TMS and Real-Time Transportation Visibility Platforms.
• Ability to support 24/7 operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
