Coinbase is seeking a Trading Execution Services Specialist to provide real-time product and operational support to our Trading Business, ensuring our trading systems are fully operational and assisting institutional clients with cryptocurrency trades.

• Establish procedures and perform controls for cash and digital asset reconciliations.

• Monitor cryptocurrency and fiat balances on execution venues.

Requirements

• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 support rotation.
• 5+ years of professional experience with a strong operational background.
• Understanding of financial markets and instruments.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and blockchain transactions.
• Knowledge of securities lending and derivatives.
• Strong risk awareness and regulatory background.
