Policy Services Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

An experienced individual responsible for developing and delivering specialized training programs for employees within a specific department at SageSure Policy Services.

In Short

• Develops, implements, and delivers training programs for individuals within assigned line of business
• Coordinates training schedules and develops basic project plans with the assigned department
• Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods
• Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks and multimedia visual aids
• Conducts training sessions covering specified areas
• Assists employees with problems concerning specific tasks
• Makes suggestions on improving work procedures
• Develops strong relationships with internal customers
• Leads and coordinates training efforts with Vendor/Agency partners

Requirements

• 3+ years’ training experience
• Managing and motivating teams and associates experience
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of property & casualty insurance operations
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building
