Coinbase is seeking a Trading Execution Services Specialist to provide real-time product and operational support to our Trading Business, ensuring trading systems are operational and managing client relationships.

• Establish procedures and perform controls for cash and digital asset reconciliations.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor cryptocurrency and fiat balances on execution venues.
• Troubleshoot trading and funding issues with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Willingness to be part of a 24/7 support rotation.
• 5+ years of professional experience with a strong operational background.
• Understanding of financial markets and instruments.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and blockchain transactions.
• Knowledge of securities lending, derivatives, and structured products.
• Strong risk awareness and regulatory background.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
