The Senior HR Operations Representative serves as a centralized resource for all employee inquiries and HR operational tasks, supporting Tier 1 functions and managing HR transactions.

In Short

• Respond to HR questions via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Triage requests to appropriate HR teams.
• Educate employees on HR processes and policies.
• Complete employment transactions and payroll exception reviews.
• Conduct audits and reconcile employee data.
• Support internal HR projects and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the case management system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; HR or Business degree preferred.
• 1+ year in HR shared services or customer service.
• Experience with HCM and case management systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
