Overview

Doctolib is looking for an intern in the area of Campaign Management to join our team in Berlin. Our Patient Solutions Team manages sponsored prevention campaigns on Doctolib, aiming to improve the health of all.

In Short

• Track performance of ongoing campaigns and prepare results for clients.
• Support campaigns from launch to performance monitoring.
• Act as the point of contact for operational campaign management.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to sell campaigns.
• Analyze customer satisfaction and identify optimization potentials.
• Contribute to the strategic development of dashboards (Tableau) and processes.

Requirements

• Studying in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
• Passionate about digital marketing and campaign management.
• Data-driven with a structured working style and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in German (C1) and very good English skills.
