Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Docplanner, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our software, contributing to a better healthcare experience.

In Short

• Operate production environments by monitoring availability and system health.
• Measure and optimize system performance to meet customer needs.
• Improve reliability and time-to-market of software solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, OTEL, or Prometheus.
• Strong investigative mindset for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Familiarity with .NET environment and ability to code.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and container management.
• Proactive in identifying problems and areas for improvement.
• Clear communication skills across teams.
