Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Auditing.
• Fluency in Polish and B2+ English.
• Experience with finance ERP systems, ideally Netsuite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong desire to deliver first-class results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to process improvements.
