Product Data Analyst - Payments Team - Remote

Overview

As a Product Analyst at Docplanner, you will play a key role in generating insights that drive product decision-making and help our product teams achieve their goals through the smart use of data.

In Short

• Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts related to our team’s main metrics.
• Collaborate with higher management and business stakeholders to create and validate hypotheses.
• Manipulate and transform large data sets for insights and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Help shape product strategy with data-driven insights.
• Work closely with Data Engineering on data sources for dashboards.
• Define specs for software instrumentation to ensure visibility of customer interactions.
• Analyze funnels and conversion rates, leading experiments and A/B Tests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, with 2+ years working closely with product managers.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with event-tracking tools and Python.
• Experience with data warehouses like Redshift or BigQuery.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience running A/B Tests and interpreting results.
