Accountant with English and Polish - Remote

Overview

As an Accountant at Docplanner, you will play a key role in the global financial operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal requirements while processing accounting records.

In Short

• Join the finance team at Docplanner.
• Process accounting records in compliance with IFRS.
• Execute daily accounting operations including vendor bills and customer invoices.
• Participate in month-end processes and variance analysis.
• Support the local finance team with financial statements and tax declarations.
• Perform reconciliations of vendor and customer balances.
• Participate in financial and accounting projects.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is expected.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Understanding of fundamental principles of accounting.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP finance applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Fluency in Polish and English is a must.
• Additional language skills in Spanish or Italian are a plus.
