In Short

• Perform steady state, dynamic, short-circuit and/or PSCAD model development for renewable and conventional generation resources including Solar, Storage, Wind and Gas turbines.
• Lead and advance script development and troubleshooting throughout the study process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality and timely deliverables.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for grid reliability and energy markets.
• Conduct technical studies for generator interconnection.
• Attend industry stakeholder meetings and stay updated with market changes.
• Contribute to the team’s research and innovation activities.
• Cultivate new customer relationships and assist in preparing responses to RFPs.

Requirements

• Experience in power systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of generation, transmission, and interconnection principles.
• Ability to lead technical studies and manage projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
