Overview

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) is seeking a talented Archives Rights Associate to support the Director of Archives and Rights Management by assessing and organizing materials within our digital asset management system.

In Short

• Part-time position, approximately 15 hours a week.
• Conduct surveys of media stored within SCC.
• Document issues related to metadata accuracy and duplication of media.

• Create and update metadata for consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a newsroom library or archives department.
• Familiarity with SCC is required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
