Overview

As a Receptionist at JLL, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Facility Management services and supporting the business needs of clients in a safe working environment.

In Short

  • Provide front desk services and greet clients.
  • Manage office equipment and ensure a good office environment.
  • Assist in vendor management and contractor evaluations.
  • Handle customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Support billing and payment management processes.
  • Supervise the receptionist and assist during their absence.
  • Coordinate office supplies and consumption.
  • Report and schedule maintenance for critical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with key operations procedures.
  • Assist with relocation and restacking of staff.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience in facilities management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
