Overview

The Receptionist at JLL will be the first point of contact for stakeholders, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional image of the company while ensuring a positive experience for clients, vendors, and employees.

In Short

  • Serve as the face of JLL, providing high levels of customer service.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist in facilities management and ensure workplace safety.
  • Coordinate events and meetings as requested by clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client onboarding.
  • Compile and enter office utilization data.
  • Engage with clients for feedback on facilities operations.
  • Support business administrators with new joiner arrangements.
  • Maintain and track consumable items and stationery.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and inventory.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in facilities management is a plus.
  • Proficient in data entry and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
