Overview

The Receptionist role at JLL involves delivering high-quality Facility Management services to support the business needs of clients in a safe working environment.

In Short

  • Deliver prompt and courteous Facility Management services.
  • Manage front desk services including greeting clients and handling calls.
  • Assist in monitoring office facilities and critical environments.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Manage office equipment and ensure a good office environment.
  • Assist in vendor management and contractor evaluation.
  • Handle customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Support payment and billing management activities.
  • Supervise and back up the receptionist as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the client or FM.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years’ experience in managing facilities preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
