Field Engineer - Floorcare Machines - Remote

Overview

The Field Engineer will be responsible for repairing and maintaining floorcare machines at customer sites across South West England and South Wales, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficient operation.

• Permanent, full-time position.
• Working hours: 7.25 hours per day, Mon-Fri between 07:00-17:00.
• Covering South West England/South Wales.
• Attend breakdowns and maintenance visits on customer sites.
• Deliver high levels of customer service.
• Monitor and maintain van stock levels.
• Utilize remote diagnosis and fix options.
• Participate in training to enhance skills.
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE.
• Communicate effectively with the planning team.

Requirements

• Full Driving License (Essential).
• Ability to travel across South West areas and live within 30 miles of Bristol.
• Background in electrical or mechanical repair.
• Focus on quality and service excellence.
• Ability to work independently.
