In Short

  • Shape the end-to-end experience of health coaching programs for Medicaid members.
  • Conduct interviews and observations with patients, coaches, and clinicians.
  • Synthesize qualitative data into insights and journey maps.
  • Support prototype design and testing, including digital tools.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and usability testing.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teams in Population Health, Product, and Clinical Operations.
  • Advocate for patients and frontline teams in program design.
  • Document and share findings to foster a culture of learning.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on empathy and human needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in experience design, service design, or UX research.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Public Health, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in healthcare and social impact.
  • Understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in structured environments.
  • Background demonstrating empathy, research capability, and systems thinking.
  • Ability to balance compassion and objectivity in design decisions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong representation of Diverge Health’s mission and values.

Benefits

  • Full-time, exempt, salaried position.
  • Base salary range is $90,000 - $105,000.
  • Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
