Requirements

• Genuine passion for helping others succeed with technology.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success engineering or similar roles.
• Specialism in one or more of: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, JavaScript, C#/.NET, Rust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Broad familiarity with mobile software and hardware providers.
• Flexibility for occasional travel to work onsite with customers.
• High proficiency in resolving complex technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
