Enrollment Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Enrollment Advisor is responsible for recruitment communications directed toward prospective students. This position assists prospective students in the decision-making process regarding the academic, schedule, time, motivation, and cost benefits of attending the university.

In Short

• Manage outbound and inbound recruitment communications.
• Guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Build rapport with prospective students.
• Track and journal communications.
• Facilitate the admissions process.
• Provide updated information about degree programs.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
• Participate in required training and assessments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Education sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to achieve measurable goals.
• Effective communication skills with diverse individuals.
