Enrollment Advisor - Remote

Overview

As an Enrollment Advisor at Hazel Health, you will play a key role in expanding the mission of providing accessible mental healthcare to children by guiding families through the enrollment process for virtual therapy.

In Short

• Work with parents to enroll children in virtual therapy programs.
• Conduct consultative calls to address concerns and communicate program value.
• Make 40-50 calls daily to follow up with families.
• Document interactions and maintain enrollment records.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on processes.
• Adapt to changing workflows and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support equitable access to mental healthcare.
• Work in a remote setting with a full-time schedule.
• Enjoy two months off during the summer.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles, especially in sales.
• Preferred background in healthcare, education, or social services.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English, Mandarin/English, or Arabic/English is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate sensitive topics with care.
• Willingness to adapt to frequent changes in processes.
• Passion for improving mental healthcare access.
• Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
• Strong drive and ability to develop rapport over the phone.
